About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the program team as part of the Core Banking Modernization group within Consumer and Business Deposits. We are seeking a talented product associate to drive product and capability transformation across the program. This role is critical in supporting the modernization products shaping the foundational systems that power how we manage customer information, accounts, transactions, and applications across the bank.

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with teams, managers, and other departments to support program-wide deliverables within core banking modernization, including but not limited to executive presentations, newsletters, and status reports
- Track progress, manage scope, and support the delivery of core banking modernization projects
- Coordinate highly complex activities and deliverables involving many teams and stakeholders, including deliverables supporting executive routines and planning sessions
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Work with core banking modernization leaders on program-related matters
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Product Management experience, marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- BS/ BA degree or higher
- Ability to translate, summarize and document complex concepts into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas while operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to travel up to 5% of time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$66,400.00 - $118,000.00
