🚪 What You’ll Do
As a Remodel Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of helping homeowners recover and rebuild. You’ll knock doors, build relationships, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process. This is a high-reward, boots-on-the-ground position designed for confident closers who want flexibility, freedom, and big paychecks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door prospecting
- Educate homeowners about storm damage and insurance restoration options
- Perform basic property inspections (training provided)
- Consult homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Close deals and oversee the handoff to our back office team
- Attend team meetings and trainings (in-person and remote)
- Track leads and deals in CRM system
🧠What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication + interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a competitive edge and drive to win
- Able to work 5 days a week + occasional Saturdays
- Organized and accountable, you're in charge of your income
- Previous experience in roofing/construction/insurance restoration is a plus (but not required)
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
