Position Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on complex commercial and industrial job sites. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep electrical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering work safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and apprentices

Read and interpret construction documents, electrical blueprints, and specifications

Plan, layout, and delegate work to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution

Maintain compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards

Collaborate with project managers, GCs, vendors, and inspectors

Track materials, equipment, and crew hours
-
Mentor and train junior team members

Proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect schedule or budget
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial work heavily preferred)

Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (depending on state)

Previous experience as a foreman or field supervisor

Strong knowledge of NEC, jobsite safety protocols, and electrical installation standards

Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity in fast-paced environments

Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification

Familiarity with control systems, large conduit work, or medium-voltage installations

Experience with project tracking software or field management tools
