TRISTAR is seeking a HR Compliance Manager for our HR Corporate Department in Bloomington, IN, position is 100% Remote
Position Description:
- The HR Compliance Manager must have a strong understanding of DOD Federal Contractor Industry standards and regulations
- Requires excellent knowledge of reporting procedures, legal guidelines, record-keeping, and employment law
- Plays a vital role in protecting the company from legality and maintaining a legally sound, fair, and safe workplace
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance for all aspect of Corporate HR and TRISTAR
- Federal and State labor laws and regulations
- Annual AAP, EEO, VETS 4212, 5500
- Assist with development of HR policies and procedures
- Employee Relations investigations
- Educate and train employees about regulatory and legal requirements
- SCA Compliance and reporting
