The Corporate Account Sales Manager builds relationships with their corporate clients to drive revenue growth and gain market share within their portfolio of Corporate Accounts. They play a crucial role in helping their clients achieve revenue goals through active account management and identifying opportunities for business development, expansion, and strategic growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES:
- Develop close partnerships with Corporate Category Managers and Key Stakeholders within all Corporate Accounts to ensure complete understanding of Corporate Account(s) needs in order to deliver within proposed timelines and contractual obligations.
- Resolve key issues and complaints.
- Responsible for data analysis and internal reporting to Management. Provide recommendations on program enhancements and changes.
- Manage account team assigned to each Corporate Account(s).
- Strategic planning to improve Corporate Account(s) results (Profitability, Revenue Growth, Product awareness, program & relationship value).
- Establish rapport and work closely with local Account Managers.
- Understand Cost Savings & Continuous Improvement metrics, documentation, and reporting.
- Abie to negotiate contracts with the client and establish a timeline of performance.
- Establish and oversee the internal budgets of the portfolio and develop a performance plan.
- Collaborate with the various teams to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling (Account Managers, Product Development, Global Sourcing).
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
- Fluent with the business review process – Quarterly & Annually.
